Your Custom Marketing Plan

We just don’t want to list your property; we want to sell your property!
How do we do this?
Custom Marketing. Every property is unique and therefore the approach to marketing it should be as well.  The same thing isn’t going to work as well for every property, but each and every property deserves the same amount of attention.  Knowing your property helps us attract the most potential buyers for your property.
What happens when we list your property?
When completing the listing for your property, the following are done:
Photos
Develop write ups for your property
For Sale sign installed on your property
Virtual Tour
Discuss advertising plans and any special requests
Within 24 hours of your property being uploaded to the MLS®, it will be displayed on all major real estate websites, as seen below.
Marketing Review
Once a month, you will be contacted by our Managing Associate Broker to discuss the marketing of your property and review together how we can attract more attention to your property.
Where do we market your property?
Marketing your property has changed dramatically in the last decade. What used to work for selling your property, paper advertising, has lost some of its lustre as the popularity of the internet has grown expediently.  In many ways, the internet is the perfect place to advertise a property, it allows for full size coloured photos, full
property details, maps, videos and more.  But that being said, paper advertising still has a place.
Combining tried and true marketing techniques with todays’ technology, we strive to get your property the maximum exposure possible.
